Welcome to MMW2010 Vendor Information
Here are a few guidelines to help you fill out the vendor form.
Mini Meet West is an annual gathering of Mini enthusiasts and owners of both the Classic and New MINI. Participants come from all over Canada, the USA, Mexico and as far away as Europe. Last year’s event included approximately 180 registrants & participants.
With MMW2010 being held in the picturesque, tourist destination city of Penticton BC June 28 through July 2, 2010, we are expecting to attract over 200 registrants this year.
Mini Meet West 2010 is offering several organizations the opportunity to place their company’s services in the forefront at this event:
Advertising space in our program
Individual event sponsorships
Door prizes, Raffles
Sales/Kiosk space to market merchandise
Sponsorship and Advertising details are listed below, outlining the opportunities and their costs. We hope that you will participate in and support this event and make it a success as in previous years.
Please go to the vendor registration page and fill out the information on the form, print yourself a copy and then click on email to send the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or pop it in snail mail and send to:

Once you have filled out the registration form, have it handy to assist you with payment. You can use your credit card or your PayPal account. We would prefer you mail a check for the total amount on the registration form with your registration form.
If emailing include completed form, and make sure to include the email address you used for the PayPal payment so we can match up your payment.
If mailing, please allow enough time to meet the deadlines, include the completed form, and your payment.
Once your vendor information and payment have arrived, you will receive a confirmation.

Deadlines to be aware of:
Host Hotel will be holding the block of rooms until April 28, 2010. After that date they will not guarantee the rate.
Registration: Deadline May 10, 2010.
After May 10th please add $25 late fee.
After June 1st, no guarantee of meals or memorabilia.
